3. Treatment Bookings and Cancellations

  • Bookings: Appointments may be booked via our secure third-party platform, Fresha, or directly through WhatsApp or telephone.

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • Cancellations/Rescheduling: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • No-Shows and Late Arrivals: Clients who fail to attend or arrive late in a manner that disrupts scheduling may forfeit their deposit. Rescheduling will be at our discretion, depending on availability and fairness to other clients.

4. Payments

We accept payment via:

  • Credit/Debit card

  • Cash

  • Online payment

  • Bank transfer (BACS)

All prices are stated in Pounds Sterling (£) and may be subject to change without notice. Please note, DermaBalance Ltd is not currently VAT registered.

5. Age and Client Eligibility

  • Minimum Age: Clients must be 18 years or older to book and undergo treatments independently.

  • Teen Treatments: Available with prior written parental consent, and a parent or legal guardian must be present throughout the appointment.

  • Consultations and Medical Clearance: Certain treatments (e.g., laser therapies, advanced peels) may require a consultation, patch test, or written clearance from your GP or healthcare provider.

  • Treatments are performed following a thorough consultation and written client consent.
