Booking & Cancellation Policy

Applies to all appointments booked with DermaBalance Aesthetics.

1. How to Book

Appointments may be booked through our secure platform Fresha, via WhatsApp, or directly with our clinic team by telephone.

2. Deposit Policy

A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

  • This deposit will be deducted from your treatment total on the day of your visit.

  • The deposit is transferable if appropriate notice is given (see below).

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens — but to respect our time and yours:

  • 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

  • Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your treatment and your deposit may be forfeited.

4. No-Shows

Clients who do not attend their appointment without any notice will forfeit their deposit and may be asked to pre-pay for future bookings.

5. Teen Clients

We require written parental consent for any client under the age of 18. A parent or legal guardian must attend the appointment with them.

6. Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Debit and credit cards (including American Express)

  • Bank transfers (BACS)

  • Cash

  • Secure online payment

All prices are in Pounds Sterling (£) and are subject to change. We are not currently VAT registered.
